Combining similarities, creating new synergies, using differences as constructive complements, operating across locations and with a wide reach – the cooperation between Häberer + Partner and MÜNCH. has taken the previous collaboration between the two commercial law firms to a new level since March 2024.

The foundation of this cooperation is the long-standing and collegial collaboration between the founders of the law firm, Frank Häberer LL.M and Dr. Joël B. Münch.

The pillars of their joint work are their specialisations in the fields of construction and architectural law and real estate law (Häberer + Partner) and commercial law, construction and real estate law as well as commercial and corporate law (MÜNCH.).

By working together as partners, the two co-operation partners are broadening their professional base, expanding their law firms to include the respective locations and thus extending their joint sphere of activity to include the metropolitan regions of Berlin and Leipzig.
